When ordering a Phonak Roger Universal Receiver such as a Phonak Roger X you will need to purchase an adapter called an audio shoe (DAI shoe or direct audio input shoe) to be able to affix the receiver to your hearing aid(s). Please note – this item will NOT work without a Roger X receiver.

**N.B.**  You can select specific DAI shoes from the drop down list if you definitely know the variation you need to order. If unsure or if you can’t see what you need please select ‘Other or Unsure’. Also, please let us know once you have ordered your equipment exactly which hearing aid(s) the equipment is for to avoid errors, we will check this detail on your behalf. There is a field in the shopping cart process for you to supply this information. The information we need is the specific brand and model of your hearing aids, an example would be Oticon Engage, Phonak Nathos Auto M, ReSound Danalogic Ambio 562 or Signia Contrast S+.

You will need an audio shoe for each hearing aid you want to transmit to. Please note this item is supplied only as part of a radio aid system, we do not supply audio shoes separately where we have not supplied the rest of the equipment.

This product attracts a one year RTB (Return to Base) warranty.
